Returns And Refund Policy – Tirmah Interiors
If, for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may send your unused items back to us in the same manner they were received within 7 days. We do not accept any returns after
this time period.
To initiate a return, email us your order number or Invoice number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns, excluding those that are damaged or misshapen. All returned merchandise must have a valid return authorization number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your unused return is received and checked, an email notification will be sent confirming your refund. Credit for the purchase price of the item will automatically be applied to your account within 5-7 business days after receiving the product.
International Orders
All International orders are final, and we will not accept any return requests for those orders.
