3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for a limited period as stated on the quotation document. Prices may change due to supplier increases, material availability, transport costs, or exchange rate fluctuations.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking until acceptance is received in writing and any required deposit has been paid.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required before commencement of any project or order placement. Final payment terms will be stated on invoices or quotations.

Failure to make payment on agreed dates may result in delays, suspension of work, or cancellation of services.

5. Custom Orders and Special Purchases

Custom-made, imported, or specially sourced items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed with suppliers, unless otherwise required under South African consumer law.

6. Delivery and Installation

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier lead times, courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Tirmah Interiors shall not be held liable for delays caused by third parties.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that site access is available and suitable for delivery or installation. Any delays caused by restricted access, unfinished building work, or unavailable parties may result in additional charges.

8. Returns and Defects

Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will be considered in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, layouts, mood boards, images, and content produced by Tirmah Interiors remain intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

10. Website Use

Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

11. Privacy Protection

Personal information submitted through this website will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Limitation of Liability
